If you are not happy with our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased from our store. The 30-day begins on the date of delivery confirmation of your order.

To be eligible for a refund, it is expected that proof of purchase be provided, products need to be returned in the same condition as it was received, no damage, the product be unused, and in the original package it was sent in.

A return shipping label, along with instructions on how to return the products will be sent. If you ship your items back to us and not initiate a return/refund, your refund will not be accepted.

Once we receive the products, after inspection, and approval a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund processing to appear in your banking institution. However, if more than 15 business days have passed please reach out so we can resolve any issues.

What if my products are damaged?

Please inspect your order properly and if there is any damage, any defects, or your order is wrong please contact us promptly. We will resolve any issues and make it right.

 

What does our shipping process look like?

When we receive your order, most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time if you are ordering from Hawai'i or Alaska or during holidays the USPS honors.

How fast can we ship?

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS. At checkout if you would like a quicker delivery select the shipping route and rate!

Do we ship outside of the US?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping out of the United States, due to the rising costs of shipping.

Custom Magnetic Memories creates and sells personalized photo magnets using images provided by the customer. By submitting an order, you agree that:

    •    You have the rights to use the photos you upload.
    •    The photos do not contain offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material you don’t own.

2. Ordering and Payment
    •    Orders can be placed through our website, email, or in person.
    •    Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
    •    We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at               checkout.
 •    All prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery
    •    We offer domestic and tentatively international shipping.
    •    Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
   •    We are not responsible for delays due to postal carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
    •    Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
    •    Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins. Please see our Refund section for more information.
 •    We do not offer refunds for customer-provided image issues (blurry, low resolution).
  •    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

5. Image Use and Copyright
   •    You affirm that you own or have permission to use any image submitted.
    •    We will not share or reproduce your image beyond your order without written permission.
   •    We reserve the right to reject any image that violates our content policy.

6. Privacy
 •    We respect your privacy. Your personal information will be used only to fulfill your order and as outlined in our Know Your Privacy section.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custom Magnetic Memories is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
